  Greetings and hello,

  My name is William R Bonnichsen and I am an artist, well at least that's what people tell me. All my life I have tried to find the best ways to express myself either with canvas and paint or clay, stone, glass, you name it I've most likely tried my hand at it. Here is a short list of the things that get my blood going;

Airbrushing- Cars, Trucks, Vans, Motorcycles, Murals, T-shirts, Leather and Denim jackets, Surfboards and on the Human body

Tattooing- Mostly Fine line and Tribal but I haven't tattooed in a long time, I got tired of the Canvas moving, bleeding and crying. :)

Flame working- Ah the flame, feel the heat as the glass goes from a solid to a liquid, a wonderful form of Alchemy.

Sculpting- Mostly with clay for the FX industry, I love to take a person and transform them into creatures and the undead.

Engraving Eggs- I love to take a hollow form and gently etch a shape or design into it. To add to it's beauty and form. Actually engraving eggs, to me, is a lot like creating a pen and ink or doing a tattoo (without the moving, bleeding and crying). I would also like to thank Gary LeMaster for all his insight  and his wonderful website : The Eggshell Sculptor

Which brings us to this site as an Artist I have dealt with and worked in many Galleries over the years and the reasoning behind a galleries demand of a high percentage of the sale price for a piece is the fact that the gallery has to store the work and a physical location costs money to up keep IE; rent, utilities, employees, insurance, cam and the list goes on so I thought to my-self lot's of people and galleries have computers and laptops with wireless capabilities these days so why not try to use that to a greater advantage with this site sales people and galleries will be able to log on, make sales and not have to worry about storage or shipping of the pieces to the client.

Well that's the gist of this site and a brief rundown of my-self enjoy the site and have fun with all you do.

Sincerely,

William R Bonnichsen
